Note: Conference early registration, Sunday, May 5, 2019 begins at 4:30 p.m. The evening meal on May 5, 2019 will require date and time stamped itemized receipt, maximum amount $22.00 for reimbursement. Other meals are provided by the Conference with tuition fee. Mileage reimbursement – 1 vehicle up to 4 students. Basic Conference rate for hotel is $98.00. Host Hotel is Courtyard by Marriott. Class attendance rules and BETST Policy apply for reimbursement. Night after training is not eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement requests are due within 90 days of course completion.
